The first milestone... Emma is 6 weeks today!

Emma is 6 weeks today! And time is just flying by...
The little worm has nearly doubled in size and is getting pretty good at running the show in this household already. Routine sounds easier said than done at the moment!!! But we are slowly, slowly getting there.
We went on our first family holiday last weekend ans stayed at 'The Rocks Resort' in Currumbin, which was great. The weather is beautiful here at the moment and we had the best views over the Currumbin beach. Emma is starting to be more alert and is starting to focus better with her eyes (no cross-eyed action anymore!). This morning we nearly got a smile (not the windy ones) out of her and she started to make some gaga noises, which melts your heart especially when you had a screaming match the day before. I guess the biggest lesson we learned so far is that just when you think you have worked things out, you are sure to go back to square one the following day.
Here some pics of the last 2 weeks and Happy St Paddies day to you all!!!!!!!!!

The royal greeting...
Emmas favourite book. This book has been fantastic as it gives me at least 20 min of 'free' time every day, entertaining the worm.
Nothing is more beautiful than your sleeping baby! Unfortunately it never lasts too long...

Sue and Steve visited us in Currumbin and Sue worked her magic on little Em. She was very unsetelled but Sue knew how to get that hurricane out of her, no worries!
